Perception Box Part 11

Welcome to the eleventh "Perception Box". This will be our eleventh health and wellness night and our second at our new location! We'll be offering an array of health and wellness activities, including a workout with our esteemed Recording Club Fit trainer Jon Q (starting at 6:30pm), a sound bath, and a powerful introduction to group mental health practice called the Perception Box.

To make the night very special for each person, we're limiting space to 50 people, and the workout will be limited to the first 25 to arrive.

To participate in the workout, please bring a yoga mat.
