1. Recording and media consent

The club photographs, films, and records. By entering the premises you authorize The Recording Club and Tiny Room Studios to use, reproduce, and publish any recordings or images that include you, for promotional and archival purposes, without additional payment or approval.

2. Respect and conduct

Treat the studio, the staff, the members, and the property with respect. Follow staff instructions, and honor confidentiality notices posted for private sessions. Disruptive or unsafe behavior results in immediate removal and may result in future access being denied.

3. Safety and responsibility

The facility contains valuable and potentially hazardous equipment. Exercise care, do not touch equipment you have not been authorized to use, and accept liability for any damage you cause. Personal belongings are brought at your own risk. Report any safety hazard to staff immediately.

4. Participation in recordings

All rights in content created at the club remain with the client or with The Recording Club, unless a written agreement states otherwise.

5. Confidentiality

You may encounter unreleased music and private creative work on the premises. You agree not to record, distribute, or disclose any such material or information without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

You release The Recording Club from liability for injury, theft, property damage, or other incidents occurring at or in connection with the facility. Entry is at your own risk.

7. General

The club reserves the right to refuse service. These terms may be modified at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
